Laying in front of a fan, blasting your air conditioning, hanging out in pools are all a part of staying cool. Summer is here and in full effect, which means you have to stay on top of all that’s going on around you! Florida was made for the summertime, so naturally there’s going to be a ton of stuff to do. Let’s take a look at some summer activities happening soon:

  • The Beach
    You can never go wrong when it comes to hanging out at the beach all day during the summer. You can do anything from lay out, read a book, work on that tan, play beach games, take a dip in the ocean, or just lounge and enjoy the weather and the beautiful sunsets. C’mon, you live in Florida…there’s beaches everywhere!
  • Friday Night Summer Music Series at Sundial
    Every Friday from 6-10 pm there will be live music and it’s something you won’t want to miss. Spice up your summer evenings with this fun environment and an all around good time. For information regarding this weekly event, click here.

Sparks Fly Like The 4th Of July!

Can you believe it? Probably the most anticipated and most celebrated American holiday has arrived and you know what that means – FIREWORKS! The 4th of July is right around the corner which means it is time to start making big plans, because you won’t want to miss out on any of the fun festivities going on in your area.

  • Light Up Tampa Bay with the 4th Of July Channelside Celebration
    This fun-filled family event is Tampa’s largest Independence Day celebration, which obviously means you won’t want to miss out on this! This IS a family friendly, all-standing event so there will be no huge backpacks, luggage, coolers, or alcohol allowed, but the fireworks show will begin at 8:45 p.m. so make sure to arrive at 6:00 p.m. to receive your wristband!   • HOT DOG PARTY XI
    As insane as this sounds, this is the 11th annual hot dog eating contest and rock & roll throwdown. If this is anything up your alley, then you’ll definitely want to go and see what all the fuss is about. This event will be taking place on July 3rd, and for all information click here.
